Outdoor Pool at Meyer

The Meyer Center is home to the YMCA’s outdoor pool. This pool serves as space for family swimming, summer camp swimming, birthday parties and rentals and more. This pool is a 4 lane, 25 yard pool ranging from a shallow end of 3 feet to a deep end of 5 feet. The water temperature is consistently between 80 degrees. It also houses two slides for children to enjoy and lounge chairs, as well. These pools are also available for birthday parties and rentals.

5th Annual Tri At The Y Mini Triathlon & Kids Event

When: Saturday, May 18th

Time: 7:30am
Where: Esic Center

A "mini" triathlon to introduce all ages and fitness levels to the excitement of a triathlon event.

Distances: 150 yard swim, 6.5 mile bike & 1.5 mile run/walk (adults 11years+)

 25 yard swim, 0.5 mile bike & 0.5 mile run (5 - 7 year olds)

 25 yard swim, 1.5 mile bike & 0.5 mile run (8 - 10 year olds)

Blackout Skate

When: Friday, May 24th
Time: 6-10 PM 
Where: Meyer Skate Center

Bring your Flash lights so you can see to skate, it will be Dark!! The first 50 skaters will receive a free dry erase marker to draw on the glass around the rink!! Fun activities such as: a glow in the dark craft for everyone, glow in the dark balloon race and ring toss!! Plus you can send a Candy Gram!

Price: Members: $5, Non-Members: $8, Skate Rental: $2 

University of Illinois Basketball Clinic

When: Friday, May 31st
Time: 2:30 - 4:00 PM
Where: Meyer Center

When: Friday, May 24th
Time: 6-10 PM
Where: Meyer Skate Center

We are hosting a Boy's & Girl's 2nd-6th grade Basketball Clinic. The clinic will be given by the University of Illinois Head Women's Basketball Coach Matt Bollant. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to improve your skills & learn more about basketball!
