Guests of Fitness Center Members

Edwardsville YMCA fitness center members are issued 5 electronic guest passes at the time of membership purchase. There is no expiration date for guest passes and they may be used at any time as long as the Fitness Center membership is in good standing.

• Facility guests must be accompanied by a member while using any facility.
• Members must register facility guests at the service desk.
• Guests are excluded from member only time in certain areas of the facility.
• All questions regarding the YMCA Guest Policy should be directed to the Membership Department located at the Esic Center.

A one-day pass may be purchased at the service desk. Guests are excluded from member only time in certain areas of the facility. See the Service Desk for more details.

A.W.A.Y Program

When you travel do you have problems fitting in your workouts? The YMCA AWAY Program can help! It is another benefit of your membership!

A.W.A.Y means “Always Welcome At YMCAs.” The AWAY program is based on the philosophy that when a person enrols in a YMCA, they become a member of a nationwide association of people that helps build strong kids, families and communities, and, therefore, when you are away from home, on business or vacation, you will be warmly welcomed by all other participating YMCAs in the United States.
Because a YMCA’s participation in this program is voluntary, some restrictions may apply. If you are planning to visit another YMCA, please call that YMCA for visitor policies before you go. You may also go to ymca.net and conduct a “Find Your YMCA” search.

Out-of-town YMCA members with AWAY stickers and a valid YMCA membership card may use the facility for a small fee while visiting.
