Jason Campbell

I specialize in strength training as well as corrective exercise. My passion is to help people keep moving and in return live longer, happier, and healthier lives. By recognizing every individual is unique in their own way, I believe I can design the best programing to help you reach your goals. I hope to see generations growing older but never missing a step, stronger and healthier then ever before.

Lara Collmann

Specialize in strength training, stability, balance and flexibility. In my years of experience, I have helped many people of all ages to become more comfortable and confident in the fitness center, develop a healthier lifestyle, gain strength, increase energy and lose weight.

Amanda Couch

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and fitness goals. I also have group fitness experience teaching many different formats. I currently teach SPINNING(R), but previously taught ZUMBA(R), Yoga, Bosu Step, Bootcamp, SilverSneakers and Women’s Weight Training. I recognize the value nutrition plays in reaching your fitness goals and overall health. I especially enjoy helping women build confidence in strength training. I like to help my clients work towards achieving their goals by creating attainable building blocks along the way, as well as recognize how to create long lasting habits with health and fitness.

David Dias

I work with clients of all ages, specializing in strength and cardiovascular training, targeting all of the major muscle groups. I can help you with overall fitness, improving your range of motion, balance, flexibility, and functional fitness.

Jo Earnhart

Specializing in strength training and cardiorespiratory training. I enjoy assisting people to become stronger, healthier, feel better, and have more confidence. I can help you train for your first or next race!

Steve Harrison

Whether you are in your late 30’s or into your 60’s like myself, like it or not—as we age our bodies change. With consistent exercise & a sensible diet, we can make this a change for the better. My focus is the 40+ year olds seeing a decline in muscle retention, flexibility, mobility & overall stamina. I’m a huge advocate for getting clients to move by using proper form. This not only maximizes the benefits of exercise but minimizes any potential for injury.

Austin Heath

As I’m still somewhat new to personal training, I don’t have a set specialization, but like to work with athletes of any age working on performance goals both physical & mental. However, I will gladly work with anyone who is willing to give me the opportunity to help them grow!

Colleen Pippin

I specialize in weight training. I love to design programs that are unique to your needs and wants. Whether that be to lose weight, gain muscle, or be more in shape for everyday activities. I can design a program that is sustainable, realistic, and will help you reach your goals no matter what your season of life may look like!

Mary Tebbe

Cancer Exercise Specialist
I have a variety of trainings which help address various fitness concerns for all ages & fitness levels. I work with clients on behavior & lifestyle changes that are sustainable & can lead to better health & fitness. I want exercise to fit into your life, not your life to revolve around it! When you work out with me, I want you to feel taller, stronger, more flexible & energized.

Lisa Zwicker

As a former gymnast of 16 years and mental health professional for almost 10 years, I have the tools and confidence to meet you wherever you’re at on your health and fitness journey. Whether you’re looking to manage weight, craving some form of fitness routine, or wanting to improve your mental health through exercise, I’m your girl!
