Birthday Party Options & Details

The YMCA is a GREAT place to have a birthday party for members and nonmembers alike (price differences apply)! Did you know that the Y can tailor a party to meet your child’s interest? Included in your party package price the YMCA offers a limited amount of paper party goods, a birthday party hostess, a limited amount of beverages and freedom to bring in decorations (some restrictions apply) and any food items you like! A $50 deposit is required within two days of making the reservation to hold the party. Gymnastics (Meyer Center Only)                                                    

Member $100

Non Member $130 10 children paid / $5 each additional child

 

Preschool Gymnastics - age: 2 – 4

Youth Gymnastics - age 5 and up

Gymnastic party includes one full private hour in the Meyer Center gymnastics room with staff and forty five minutes in a party room for cake and ice cream. The gymnastics room time will include use of all gender/age appropriate equipment including trampolines, pit, balance beams, etc. The gym instructors will work with parents on party options which may include games, activities, or open gym free play. A hostess will assist party while in the party room.

 

Saturday Times include: 3:30-5:15pm / 4:45 – 6:30pm / 6:00 – 7:45pm

Sunday Times include: 1:30 – 3:15pm / 2:45 – 4:30pm

Skating (Meyer Center Only)                                                         

Skating parties are set up in packages based on how many children you will have at your party. The packages include your tables for the entire 2 hours, skating, and skates. All parties are during our regular open skate.

Climb (Meyer Center Only)

Climb party includes 2 full hours private climbing with two staff members on our climb tower. The party tables are set up along side of the climb tower and are available the entire two hours as well.

 

Saturday Times include: 12:30 – 2:30 / 3:00 – 5:00pm

Sunday Times include: 12:30 – 2:30 / 3:00 – 5:00pm

Rock and Roll Party (Meyer Center Only)                                         

Member        $100

Non-Member  $130             10 children paid / $5 each additional child

 

Rock (climb) and Roll (skate) party provides 1 private hour climbing with two staff members on our climb tower followed with 1 hour of roller skating. The party tables are set up along side of the climb tower and are available during the climb portion of your party.

 

Saturday Times include: 12:00–2:00 / 1:30-3:30 / 3:00 – 5:00pm / 4:30-6:30

Sunday Times include: 12:00–2:00 / 1:30-3:30 / 3:00 – 5:00pm

Recreational Sports (Meyer Center)                                         

Member        $85

Non-Member  $105             10 children paid / $5 each additional child

 

Recreational sports parties can be tailored to almost any sport including dodge ball, kickball, wiffleball, basketball, volleyball, flag football, and more. These parties can be set up as game play only or a mini skills camp followed by a game with the help of our YMCA rec sports staff. The party will include basketball court #3 and party room #3 the entire 2 hours.

Aquatics (Esic Center - Indoor Pool)                                                        

Member        $100

Non-Member  $130             25 swimmers paid / $10 for extra life guard if over limit

 

Indoor swimming parties include 1 full private hour in a party room and 1 full private hour in either Pool #1 or Pool #2. Our pool #1 is full size starting at 3 feet and ending at 11 feet with a diving board. Our pool #2 is smaller and warmer starting at 3 feet and ending at 5 feet. All children under the age of 7 are required to have an adult with them in the pool. Toys are permitted with the exception of inflatable toys like rafts.

 

Saturday Times include: Pool #1 11:00-1:00pm / 3:00 – 5:00pm / 4:30-6:30pm

Pool #2 11:00 – 1:00pm / 12:30 – 2:30pm /

3:00 – 5:00pm / 4:00 – 6:00pm

Sunday Times include:   Pool #1 1:00 – 3:00pm

                                 Pool #2 3:00 – 5:00pm

Zumba Dance (Esic Center)                                                 

Member $100                   

Non Member $130              12 children paid / $5 each additional child

 

Zumba dance party includes one full hour of Zumba with an instructor and 45 minutes for cake and ice cream time with tables. This party is hosted at our Esic center location in our large downstairs aerobics dance room. Tables are set up to the side in the same room.

Private After Hour Events

Interested in another type of facility rental? We have options for you at the Meyer or Esic location! The YMCA offers private rentals for large groups, small groups, post proms, family gatherings, churches, and other event types. These events can be 4 hour events or over night events.

 

Friday Times: 9:00pm – 1:00am (over night ends at 7:00am following day)

Saturday Times: 8:00pm – 12:00am (over night ends at 7:00am following day)

Sunday Times: 6:00pm – 10:00pm (over night ends at 7:00am following day)
