Everyday peace doesn't mean trying to be happy all the time. It just means learning how to deeply value your own life. Join Elise Rebmann of Peacefull Mommas, Inc for a 7 week introduction to peace at home. We will cover graditude, meditation, emotional acceptance, releasing guilt and learning how to work around the roadblocks that life provides.

CPR for the Adult, Infant & Child, AED, and First Aid
(Not for Healthcare Providers or Lifeguards) The purpose of this class is to train lay responders to overcome any reluctance to act in an emergency situation and to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies. This also gives individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest through the safe use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). First Aid skills include pressure bandaging, immobilization and sudden illnesses.

Reality Self Defense Class
(Ages 13 - adult)
In this class you will learn important strategies to help avoid violent situations, plus tactics and techniques for handling violence when it is unavoidable. This class is for students that with any level of knowledge and skill level is beginner to advanced. Aquire in depth knowledge of self protection while increasing overall fitness through practical drills.

Children Self Defense Class
(Ages 6 - 12)
This two hour workshop is for kids ages 6 through 12. Children will learn to deal with bullies and predetors. Children will learn what behaviors to watch for and practice how to escape safely. Participants will receive an informational packet with description of techniques covered plus tips for parents.

Adult Self Defense
This is a three hour workshop for adults (16 and over). This workshop will cover basic self defense techniques. Participants will practice strategies and tactics to use in multiple situations both at home and in public. Participants will receive a packet containing information covered in the workshop for practice at home.

Beginners To Intermediate Yoga
Beginners To Intermediate Yoga: These classes are open to all who wish to learn Yoga basics and refine their practice. Classes are open to all levels, beginning to advanced. We will practice Yoga breath (pranayama), dynamic postures (asanas), and the flow of breath (vinyasa). Though the practice of integrating breath and refining postures, participants will increase flexibility, strength, balance and feel relaxed and restored.
Bender Ball Pilates
Core training with the use of the Bender Ball. A dynamic, safe approach that is pain free for all levels. 
Restorative Yoga
A series of relaxing poses and time to pause and breathe to sooth your soul and calm your spirit and stretch your muscles.
