This is an indoor triathlon where you have 10 weeks to complete varying distances that you can choose based on your fitness level.
- 1.2 mile swim
- 56 mile bike
- 13.1 miles on foot
- 2.4 mile swim
- 112 mile bike
- 26.2 miles on foot
- 6.2 mile swim
- 260 mile bike
- 52.4 miles on foot
• Shirt for all participants indicating which level achieved
• Registration located in both facilities as of February 18th
- YMCA Fitness Center members $15.00
- YMCA Basic Member $40.00
• Basic members will be allowed access to use the fitness center during this 10 week time period

***When entering your swimming distances our program will convert your laps into miles for you! ONE LAP IN OUR INDOOR POOLS REQUIRES SWIMMING THE LENGTH OF THE POOL DOWN AND BACK. (For example, swimming one length of the pool is only half a lap.)
***Please log your miles/progress DAILY - if you are unable to do so, make sure to add your totals for when you are able to enter them. For example, if you do 3 miles of biking on Monday and 3 miles on Tuesday but do not enter them on their respective days, please enter the total of 6 on the day you are able to access the system to enter the progress.
