Let's run together! Come as many times as you wish during the week. No matter your speed or skill level, you will find a pace that works for you. Meet friends and train together. The studio version of Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's. This class is a low impact aerobics class based on (4) basic moves. Come join us for a multi-muscle 2-mile "walk" which will promote a fun atmosphere, wellness and weight loss.  |

Come join us for a workout designed to challenge and improve all 5 components of fitness: strength, muscular endurance, cardio endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
