Preschool - Preparing children physically, socially, emotionally & academically for kindergarten.

Time for Toddlers is a chance for your two year old to develop socially and to prepare them for the YMCA three year old preschool program. There are 12 children in each class, along with a lead teacher and two co-op parents. Children will be able to participate in gross motor activities, fine motor activities, puzzles, games, art, music, and being read to in a loving environment.

Requirements: Child must be 2 on or before September 1st of the current school year. Parent MUST help in classroom at least twice a month.
Times Offered: Monday & Wednesday; Tuesday & Thursday or Friday.
Cost: $68/month (2 day); $39/month (1 day)

Preschool - Our three year old program emphasizes social interaction, fine and gross motor skills, science and nature activities, cultural and art activities and outdoor play. We encourage the development of a positive attitude toward peers, adults, and teachers. There are 15 children in each 3’s class, along with a lead teacher and two co-op parents. Three Year olds are offered rookies sports sampler in the fall, gymnastics in the winter and swimming lessons in the spring. The threes will participate in the annual Circus in March.

Requirements: Child must be 3 before September 1st of the current school year. Parent MUST help in classroom at least twice a month.
Times Offered: Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am - 11:30pm. Tuesday & Thursday from 12:30pm - 3:00pm.
Cost: $68/month

Our Pre-Kindergarten program offers your child a chance to grow and learn in time for their kindergarten year. The teachers provide a nurturing & caring environment to help your child develop. We offer science, math, art, fine and gross motor activities, beginning phonics and much more. Your child will be able to participate in rookies sports sampler in the fall, gymnastic lessons in the winter and swim lessons in the spring. The Pre- K classes also are involved in the annual Circus held in March. There are many field trips that are available for this age group, including apple farm, pumpkin farm, assorted community helper field trips, and a bus trip to visit a kindergarten class in May. There are 18 children in each class with one lead teacher and two co-op parents.

Times Offered: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm. Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 3:00pm
Cost: $96/month (Pre-K AM) • $103/month (Pre-K PM)

This program is designed as an extended day for the YMCA preschool children. This program offers preschool parents with a well-supervised place for their child to have an afternoon of fun, group activities, including literature-based arts and crafts, music, organized games, story time and free play. Three year olds may register for one day a week. Four and Five year olds may sign up for one or two days per week. Parents will need to provide a sack lunch for their child. This is NOT a parent cooperative program.

Times Offered: Classes will meet on Tuesday (3 year olds) from 11:45am - 2:15pm. Classes for four and five year olds will meet on Monday and Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 2:30pm. You may choose one or two days.
Cost: $49/month (one day); $79/month (two days)
